Guests may arrive anytime after 4pm. The ceremony starts at 5pm and the gondola is a 12 minute ride, so we recommend you arrive no later than 4:30pm Parking is free in Earl's Lot - follow signs for the Needles Gondola, between Earl's Lodge and Grizzly Center Dress warm! This is a bonafide winter wedding - but don't worry, you'll be inside 90% of the time. There is a 2 minute walk from the parking lot and a 12 minute gondola ride (indoors but not heated) to the Needles Lodge. Ceremony 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on a non-heated patio. The ceremony will be less than 15 minutes long, and we'll have hot chocolate and coffee to keep you warm. For the rest of the night, you'll be inside a warm and cozy ski lodge, with the fireplace roaring all night long. Cocktail Hour 5:30 - 6:30 Dinner 6:30 - 8
