You should plan to arrive by 4:45 pm to allow enough time for check-in and to ensure you're seated before the wedding ceremony begins promptly at 5:10 pm. Please note that arriving late could disrupt the ceremony, so punctuality is appreciated, no "Filipino time" this time!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate plus ones unless designated on your invite and discussed with us. We appreciate your understanding!

While we don’t have a room block, there are plenty of accommodation options in the area. We highly recommend staying at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, where our wedding will take place, for convenience and to avoid transportation concerns. If you prefer other options, there are also nearby hotels and Airbnb rentals to consider. Feel free to reach out to us if you need any help with your accommodations!

Renting a car is unnecessary if you plan to spend most of your time at Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort. However, suppose you plan to venture beyond the village and explore most of the Big Island, such as the volcanoes, waterfalls, or beaches farther away. In that case, we highly recommend renting a car for convenience and flexibility.
