Flying In?

Fly into Midway or O'Hare — they're equidistant from downtown. Southwest Airlines (our favorite) flies into both. And both airports have train service to downtown.

Train

Taking the Train?

Amtrak is a fun experience, but there are often delays. Consider arriving the day before the wedding if you want to travel by train. The commuter train makes a stop in Michigan City, and the ride into Chicago costs less than $10. This can be a great option to ditch your car for the weekend.

Rental Car

Between public transportation, rideshare and taxis, it's easy to get around the city. There's no need to rent a car if you're flying in — especially if you're staying in one of our recommended hotels.
