What day should we arrive at the resort?

Answer

Our wedding discount code is valid for stays between June 17th and June 24th. We’ll be at Finest Punta Cana for the whole week and would be so excited to have you join us for as many days as you can! Most of our hosted events will happen before the wedding day, so if you’d like to join in on the fun, we recommend arriving a few days early.

When is the latest we can book a room?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests book their rooms by March 1st, 2026. Please note that our discount code is not tied to a room block, which means rooms are based on the resort’s availability. To make sure you’re able to stay at the resort with us, we highly recommend booking as early as you can!

How do we use the promo code to book our room?

Answer

When selecting your room, you'll see a field labeled "Promo Code" on the booking page. Please enter "LAWJUN26FPC" before completing your reservation to apply the offer.

Can we book through a travel website instead of the resort website?

Answer

To be part of our wedding group and receive the discounted rate, rooms must be booked directly through the hotel using our special promo code. Bookings made through third-party travel sites unfortunately won’t qualify for the discount, so be sure to use the hotel’s website and code when reserving!

Is there a minimum number of nights we have to stay?

Answer

Yes, the resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. You can choose any combination of dates that works best for you, as long as one of those nights includes our wedding day, June 20th. We’d love to celebrate with you on our big day!

Is a deposit required for booking?

Answer

No deposit is required at the time of booking. For all reservations made using our promo code, the full payment will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival to the credit card provided during the booking process. Please note that partial payments are not accepted.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Answer

Cancellations for reservations made using our promo code must be received at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay. No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show or early departure. Please note that bookings made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for the free cancellation policy.

Is there a shuttle service to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes! Finest provides complimentary round-trip transportation for each room reservation. To use this service, all guests on the reservation must arrive and depart together. Please be sure to email transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com to arrange your shuttle before your stay. For more details and requirements, please visit the Travel section of this website.

What time is check-in and check out?

Answer

Check-in usually begins at 3:30 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. If you arrive earlier, no worries. You are welcome to start enjoying the resort’s amenities right away. Finest Resorts are happy to have you begin your stay early.

Is there an adults only section?

Answer

Excellence Club at Finest Resorts are "Adult Only Areas" so if you are interested in staying on this side of the property, please make sure to book a room that is listed under Excellence Club. Any guest staying in these rooms must be 18 years or older!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones this will be a child free wedding. However, since this is also a vacation we'd love if you'd bring your kids to the resort to spend time with you and us. The resort offers child care for kids over 3 years who are potty trained.

What age ranges qualify for the discounted children's rates?

Answer

Children ages 4 to 12 qualify for discounted rates when sharing a room with two adults paying the full rate. Infants aged 0 to 3 stay at no extra charge when sharing a room with two adults paying the full rate.

Does the promo code work on suites + flights booking?

Answer

No, the promo code is only valid for suite bookings. Flights must be book separately.

What is considered beach formal attire?

Answer

Think elevated summer style! Floor-length dresses in light summery colors are perfect. For men, dress pants or linen trousers with a button-down shirt work great — no ties or jackets required unless you want to!
