We met through mutual friends in Charlotte, NC, shortly after attending separate colleges. Two young professionals beginning new chapters and finding our footing in the real world. What started as casual conversations quickly turned into something more meaningful. Between laughs, weekend adventures, and countless shared meals, we realized that what we had was special. As we continued to grow individually and together, our friendship blossomed into love. From our love grew two beautiful children, Kai Wideman and Jesse Wideman III. Charlotte became more than just the place we met it became the foundation of our story, filled with memories, milestones, and moments that led us to forever. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of our journey with the people who mean the most to us.
