If your invitation says "plus 1", then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the ladies, formal gowns or cocktail dress. The gentleman's can wear a suit or botton up shirt. There is grass so make sure you're bringing extra shoes! NO JEANS PLEASE.
