We both worked at Fidelis Care, Kevin and I both were getting into the elevator at work to get up to our floor when he took the opportunity to comment on the Buffalo Sabres quarter zip I was wearing that day. Naturally, I start talking to him about hockey until we reached our floor. We got out to go to our desk and I immediately ran over to my friend Rose to tell her about this guy I met that is on the same floor as us, I told her that day "I just met my future husband." We would talk here and there while we were at work & the topic of softball came up. Kev asked me if I would sub on his team later that night. I said I couldnt because I was already playing. Fast forward to that game, I go up to the plate and who's standing at the pitchers mound? Kevin. That was the last time I played against him. We started playing softball together, eventually became very close, we would talk to eachother about our anxiety, hockey, relationships & just life. When we officially started dating that friendship just continued to blossum into a beautiful and happy relationship. That is what led us here today. On 10/05/2025 Kevin popped the question at Holiday Valley Golf Course over looking everything.
