What is the dress code?

Answer

We're requesting everyone to dress formal. Warm fall colors like greens, reds, and purples would be lovely if possible. Note that the ceremony will be taking place outdoors while the reception will be indoors. Gentleman, please do not wear jeans or shorts. Ladies please avoid short dresses if possible. Are the ceremony and reception being held at the same location?

Answer

Yes! They are both being held at Sand Springs Country Club. The address can be found on the schedule page of the website.

Will there be transportation to and from hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately there will not be any transportation available. However there is plenty of parking the the venue! (Please drink responsibly)

Are my kids welcomed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are going to be hosting a kid free wedding. We want all parents to have a GREAT time and not worry about having to take care of anyone :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless otherwise stated on your invite we are unable to accommodate for any plus ones. We hope you understand!

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please try to arrive no later than 3:45 as the ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m. If any guest arrive after 4:00 we kindly ask you to wait for the ceremony to end before joining the other guests.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP not later than September 12th. We need enough time to ensure we get all those important details together. Please reach out if there are any extenuating circumstances.
