Question

What’s the dress code for the welcome dinner? What about the wedding?

Answer

For the welcome dinner, come as you are! Golf shorts/polos, jeans and a nice top, a comfy, casual dress—whatever you feel best in works great for us! For the wedding: cocktail attire-dress pants and either a shirt and tie or shirt and sport coat for the guys, and your favorite late summer/early fall dress for the gals.

Question

I’m coming to the welcome dinner! How do I access the club room?

Answer

Street parking is available near our building at 625 S. 5th St. At the front entrance on the east side of the building, use the keypad to select visitor pass then enter the code 804542. The code will only be functional from 5:45-8:45pm. Outside of that time, you are welcome to buzz Zach or Learon for access to the building. Please be respectful of our neighbors in shared spaces and use the elevator to access the sixth floor club room.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 4:10-4:20, the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Feel free to check out the adjoining bar, Boone & Crockett beforehand.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not. Because our guests are staying at a variety of locations, we recommend using a ride-share service if you are staying locally so that you can come and go at your leisure, and celebrate responsibly!

Question

Is there parking at the Cooperage?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on the street and first come first serve in the lot at Boone & Crockett/The Cooperage. If you do park in the lot, please don’t leave your car overnight, as the gates will be locked after bar close, but overnight street parking is fine-just avoid leaving valuables in the car. All parking is a short walk (likely less than 300 yards) to the Cooperage which is the same building as Boone, just a bit closer to the water!

Question

Is there time between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Nope! After the ceremony, cocktail hour will immediately follow at roughly 5:00pm and dinner will be served around 6:30pm.
