Is everyone still invited to the wedding?
Answer
As of now, yes. Please know that we want to celebrate with each and every person we invited. However, the pandemic may make it necessary for us to cut back on the number of guests we are able to host. As we make these decisions, someone will contact you if your invitation status changes.

What are you doing about COVID-19?
Answer
We will be following all protocols set forth by the State of Tennessee. Right now, there are no restrictions and we plan on proceeding as normal. We certainly understand if you don't feel comfortable attending, and will look forward to celebrating with you at a later date!

Is the Ceremony and Reception inside or outside?
Answer
Both the Ceremony and Reception will be inside at the Foundry on the Fair Site. You won't have to worry about the heat!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please make sure you are at the venue and seated by 5:15 p.m. in order to enjoy the processional.

What is the schedule of events after the 5:30 ceremony?
Answer
While the bridal party and families are taking pictures, we hope that our guests will enjoy cocktail hour by mingling with one another while enjoying hors d'oeuvres and drinks from the bar! Once the bridal party has entered and the bride and groom have had their first dance, we will enjoy a delicious buffet dinner followed by toasts from our family and friends. After dinner and a champagne toast, the bride and groom will have their dances with their parents and then will cut the cake! After cake cutting, plan to enjoy a night of dancing to music from the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

How do I RSVP?
Answer
We are choosing to save paper and use Zola's online RSVP system. Please click on the "RSVP" link at the top of this page to enter your intentions. If you encounter difficulty using the online system, please reach out to Leanne, Richard, Rhonda, Francine, or Mike for assistance.

Please have your RSVP in by June 1, 2021.

What if I don't RSVP?
Answer
We will miss you! If you haven't RSVP'd by the deadline, we will sadly not be able to host you at the venue.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
There will be an open bar with beer and wine as well as a champagne toast. Once our allotted amount of alcohol has been served, the bar will become a cash bar.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
While we appreciate you thinking of us, gifts are not expected. If you wish to gift us with something, we are registered through Zola for funds for our honeymoon (location TBD) and through Bed Bath & Beyond for household items. You can access both of these registries at the top of this page.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have secured a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Knoxville Downtown. The link to book using our discount code is under the "Travel" section of this website.

Can I bring people not listed on my invitation?
Answer
While we would love to celebrate with your entire family, we will only be able to host the people whose names appear on the envelope.
