Joseph Stewart State Recreational area is another beautiful option with many hiking trails and amenities. This one is 15 min east of Rogue River Lodge (wedding venue) and 48 min northeast of our house in Medford. We haven't had a chance to to check it out yet but comes highly recommended by a very dear and lovely friend.
