They fell in love at a frat house!
JJ and Leanne met through mutual friends at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. They both were in Greek life, which is ultimately how they met. Leanne and her friends came over to JJ's fraternity house to do homework with JJ and his friends. They actually didn't talk much that first night they met. However, Leanne did demand to French braid JJ's hair, and surprisingly he let her! From there, the rest is history.
Leanne and JJ have lived together since graduating college in May of 2019. They currently live in South St. Paul. JJ's great grandfather built the house they currently live in, and it has been in the family ever since. They currently live with their three cats (Vinny, Tan, and Kitty) and two dogs (Bettie and Walter).
JJ and Leanne are getting married at Pinewood in Cambridge, MN. They are so excited to celebrate with everyone!
