First date was on a foggy Saturday afternoon over coffee in San Francisco. Because the coffee shop did not have seats available and Albert did not want to stand in the fog, he asked Leanne if she wanted to drive around town with him. Of course, Leanne said her first "yes" to Albert. The conversations were endless. From family values to career aspirations, the commonalities were abundant. However, their personalities were quite the opposite. Leanne is very outgoing and loves adventures. Albert is more spontaneous and a bit introverted. But this relationship changed them both. You could say Leanne upgraded Albert's lifestyle and Albert had no issue with it. The two became inseparable and according to Albert's family, the two were like "peas and carrots". Embarking on international oversea vacations, it did not take long for Albert and Leanne to discover their joy in traveling together. They even made trips out of visiting each other's alma mater. Albert took Leanne to San Diego just to hike the UC San Diego campus while Leanne planned Cal Football games to make walking on campus enjoyable. Leanne would always convince Albert to get out of the house for the tiniest reasons or else he would end up sleeping all day. Albert LOVES his sleep but is always willing to give it up for Leanne. One thing Leanne learned about Albert early is that he is very dedicated to his work and often loses track of time. But over time, they discovered that they share similar ambitions and career goals; so naturally, they became each others' biggest supporters. The mutual respect they share only enhanced their bond. No matter how exhausted they are, they will always find time to update each other. Good or bad, they would discuss how to learn from situations and motivate one another. Their natural ability to compromise is what makes their love for each other so easy. The most recent "yes" Leanne gave Albert was at Stanford University, where Albert proposed. This "yes" marked the beginning of stressful wedding planning. But nevertheless, they are both so excited to be surrounded by their loved ones on wedding day! It is rare, if not impossible, to get everyone together nowadays. And Albert and Leanne would like you to know that you have played a significant role in their lives. Their special day is to thank you for being part of their life journey. Words cannot explain the gratitude and appreciation they have for each of you. So come hungry and ready to celebrate for the newly weds!
