For our out-of-town guests, if you're looking for some things to do in the area or want to make a vacation out of your trip, here are some of our suggestions!

This park has flat walking trails around a pond, views of the mountain peaks, wildflowers, picnic areas, and a disc golf course.

Greenhorn Park

Lake Siskiyou is a beautiful lake with panoramic views of the mountains, beaches to swim at, and 6.5 miles of flat hiking trails that circle the Lake. They also have kayak rentals!

McCloud Falls is a series of three beautiful waterfalls just an hour outside of Yreka. You can hike a 4-mile trail to view all of the falls or drive to each of the three waterfall locations.

There are many places to see the Redwoods along the NorCal/Southern Oregon coast. Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park is the closest Yreka, about a 3-hour drive.
