Ryan and Leana first met years ago while working together at Bungalow. They spent countless shifts side by side, learning the rhythm of the restaurant and, unknowingly, laying the foundation for something much bigger. For a long time, their connection was quiet and easy—though Ryan had a habit of making sure Leana was never hungry, always sharing bites of whatever he was eating (a love language, as it turns out). At one summer block party in 2020, they really started talking (with the help of some liquid courage) and not long after, everything clicked. By the end of summer, they realized what had been growing between them all along and decided to take a leap together. From that moment on, they became inseparable—best friends, partners, and each other’s biggest supporters. In July of 2024, they moved in together as Leana began medical school, turning a new chapter into an adventure they could share. Then, in September of 2025, Ryan proposed at a beautiful vineyard on the North Fork, surrounded by rows of vines and everything that felt like them—peaceful, meaningful, and full of love. From shared meals to shared dreams, we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you.
