Travel and The Elms (Lodging)
We encourage our loved ones to keep in close contact with us regarding their travel plans- the Kansas City Airport is about 40 minutes away from The Elms, and while Uber/Shared Ride services are available to take you from the airport to The Elms, it is much more difficult to call an Uber to The Elms to take you to the airport. Therefore, we will be coordinating shuttle services to take as many of our guests as possible to the airport after the wedding to avoid unnecessary car rentals. To do this, we need you to keep us as informed as possible. If you will need a ride to the airport, please email Sarah at SarahandElliotsWedding@gmail.com with your flight departure information.
Regarding lodging: If you decide not to stay at The Elms, the closest hotels are located in Liberty, about 15 minutes away from the venue. There are also several AirBnB options located in Excelsior Springs. Please reach out to us at the email above if you need help finding a place to stay!
