Welcome to Colorado! We are thrilled to celebrate our special day with you and can't wait to welcome you to the beautiful state of Colorado. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or visiting for the first time, here are some important tips and information to ensure you have the best time! -Weather: Colorado weather can be very unpredictable, especially in March. Please keep an eye on the forecast the week of traveling. -Altitude: Our venue sits at 7,300 ft above sea level. Altitude can effect everyone differently. Altitude sickness can be avoided by staying hydrated (before, during, after flying to CO), and taking it slow. Your alcohol tolerance may be lower than at sea level. 1 drink at altitude= 2 drinks at sea level. -Welcome Drinks: Join us for a casual get-together on Friday, March 14th at 7:00pm. It's a great opportunity to meet other guests and unwind after your travels.
Shuttle
Shuttles from Hotels to Venue
March 15, 2025 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Two shuttles will be running to and from the hotels in Castle Rock to the venue. 2 hotels share a parking lot so a shuttle will pick up guests from there and the other shuttle will go to the other hotel (which is just a few hundred feet from the other parking lot). Please be sure to be ON the bus by 3:45pm. Buses will be leaving at 3:45pm to arrive to the venue on time for the ceremony. If you are not staying at the hotels, you are still welcome to park at the Hampton Inn and take the bus with everyone! No need to worry about driving yourself to the venue, we have plenty of room!

Spruce Mountain Ranch- Ceremony and Reception Site
The hotels on this page are approximately 25 minutes from Spruce Mountain Ranch. We will have a shuttle service to and from the venue on Saturday. Castle Rock is located between Denver and Colorado Springs and is a large suburban town with shopping, dining, and hiking.
