When do you need my rsvp?

Please RSVP by July 22, 2024. If you need to make changes to your RSVP, please contact us immediately.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive to the ceremony site by 5:00pm. There will be pre-ceremony refreshments. There is an also food hall and bar located inside the Carlsbad Windmill so feel free to hang out there before the ceremony starts.

Is there a dress code or theme?

Answer

Cocktail - no jeans, sneakers, T-shirts. There is no theme, guests can wear whatever colors they want.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says “plus one” then yes, you can bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, but make sure you put them down on the RSVP so we can account for them. If there is no option on your RSVP, please text us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is free and you can park overnight in the lot even if you’re not staying at the Carlsbad by the Sea Hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you’re staying at the Carlsbad by the Sea Hotel, you will not need transportation. If you’re staying elsewhere, you will need to arrange for transportation.

Muffins, pastries, fruits and bagels will be provided to guests in the picnic area of the Carlsbad by the Sea Hotel.
