Charleston is a beautiful city with loads of hotels and AirBNBs. The wedding will be located downtown in the city's historic district. Hotels in that area can be a little pricey, so don't be afraid to check out West Ashley or Mount Pleasant. If you're feeling daring, the area beaches (Folly Beach, Sullivan's Island, or Isle of Palms) will have loads of places available too. January isn't peak tourist season, so rates should be reasonable.
