Please Note - #2-4 below are simply recommendations from me, Leah, based on many months spent in Ethiopia these past 3 years. **ALSO** If you are traveling to another country after the wedding, please check that country's health requirements, as they may have requirements for visitors coming from Ethiopia. VACCINCATIONS & MEDICATION (1) Yellow Fever Vaccine (average cost: $150 - $300) (2) Typhoid Fever Vaccine - protection from contaminated food and water (3) Travelers Probiotic - supports your gut when eating foods your body doesn’t recognize (4) Immodium - diarrhea medication (5) Malaria Pills (optional in Addis Ababa) Appointments available at Passport Health. The registered nurse will provide a travel briefing, administer necessary vaccinations, and prepare prescriptions for any travel-specific medications.
