We suggest either Cocktail or, if you prefer, closer to Semi-Formal. Because the entire event is fully outdoors, we want you to be comfortable! **Edit as we get closer to the wedding and anticipate warm temperatures: wear what you want to stay cool, but please try your best to look a bit dressy and nice :)**
Our wedding will be kid-free -- we appreciate your understanding and, for those of you who will be able to make it, all of the effort you are putting into finding childcare for the evening. We hope you get to relax and enjoy!!
Yes! There will be signs posted at the Pinemark Inn with shuttle departure times. Two shuttles will both depart at 3:15pm, 3:45pm, and 4:15pm. Please plan accordingly. If you miss the final shuttle, you will still have the option to drive over (it's a 10-minute drive). Shuttles back to the Pinemark will be available whenever you need them - return times will not be predetermined. Simply let wedding staff know when you are ready to return to the hotel, and keep an ear open for announcements from the DJ about departing shuttles.
Please note that the ceremony seating will be on the grass, and the reception will be in a fully-paved pavilion (with grassy spots to hang around nearby, too).
For people who are staying at the Pinemark Inn on Sunday evening: Tim, Leah, and their families will return to the Pinemark at the end of the night. There is a pool outside, and the front desk has told us that guests are welcome to hang out at the pool after-hours. The big caveat here is that we all need to be very conscious of noise level; if it gets too loud, they will need to lock the pool and send us back inside -- we don't want to disturb hotel guests, especially those who aren't there for the wedding. Also, you can bring alcohol, but no glass is allowed.
There will be three dinner stations, all themed differently (Italian, Mediterranean, and Vietnamese). Plant-eater or meat-eater, come with an appetite!!
