Funny you might ask.... Rye Patch is a large, lavish home on the 10 acre estate tucked within beautiful live oak trees, adjacent to Hopelands Gardens and was the winter home of the Rogers family. The Rye Patch, with its library, sun room, dining room, and two kitchens was designed to host parties for the Rogers family throughout its years in their possession.

What's the weather like in September?

Warm but not too muggy, still buggy and cool enough to share some hug-gy's. But seriously, the weather is supposed to be FANTASTIC! A high of 87 and a low of 63 is to be expected... there's on average 6 days of rain in the month of September. Although, if it does rain, its not a light drizzle usually it's a straight up downpour.
