We met in 2018 at Spectrum Health on third shift when we were both hired as Medical Laboratory Scientists within a couple weeks of each other. We didn't start becoming close until 2020 when we went to the beach with a few friends and then continued to get to know each other. Dating in a pandemic was perfect for us, plenty of time to spend with each other one on one while trying as many restaurants as possible.

We currently live in Eastown with our girls, Pspsps and Poppy, and are saving up for a house and vacations. As of right now we love the east side of Grand Rapids but who knows where we will end up! We are going on a trip January 2024 for a destination wedding for our friends, Chelsea and Melaina. That vacation should tide us over until we can save and plan for our official honeymoon, a trip to Japan with Emma and Kolten.
