Sam and I have known each other since we were younger, as his little sister and I danced together at Center Stage Dance Company. However, it wasn't until high school that Sam and I officially met after a high school football game through mutual friends. Fast forward nine years later to the Summer of 2016, Sam and I began running into each other quite frequently at concerts and nights out in downtown Buffalo. Sam, wandering alone at the Florida Georgia Line concert, ran into my best friend Morgan and introduced her to her future husband, Nick. After a couple of weeks, Sam worked up the nerve to get my phone number from Morgan and asked me out on a date. Our first date took place at the Genesee Brew House in Rochester, and we have been inseparable ever since!

On our first day in Maui, Hawaii, Sam and I decided to take a morning walk on Kaanapali Beach. While on our walk, Sam waited for the perfect moment to get down on one knee and ask me to marry him. After standing there in complete shock, I said YES, and we proceeded to call all our friends and family to tell them the great news. Naturally, Sam and I made our way to the Tiki Bar, where we spent the rest of the afternoon celebrating with my family. We are so excited to officially celebrate on August 14th, 2021, in the company of our friends and family!
