Closest Airport

Answer

Monterey has its own airport, Monterey Regional Airport (MRY). However, it is usually cheaper to fly into San Jose (SJC) but it is about an hour drive north.

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that everyone RSVP by August 1st 2022!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4 pm, but we recommend arriving about 30-40 minutes early to allow enough time to find parking and get settled in.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We just ask that you let us know as soon as possible. That way we can make sure our chef and catering staff are aware and take the proper precautions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is street parking as well as two parking garages located on Jefferson St and Alvarado St (these are the closest) We are also providing a link that shows parking lots within the downtown area, all within walking distance! https://coopermolerabarns.com/guest-information/

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is, untraditionally, on a Tuesday, which means that the weekly farmers market on Alvarado Street will be taking place from 4 pm-8 pm. The street will be closed to traffic and parking will be slightly more difficult, make sure to allow yourselves enough time to find a parking space!

Can we take pictures?

Answer

Yes, but please be mindful of others! People may be sitting behind you that can't see if you're holding your phone or camera up. We also ask that you please keep the aisle clear for the photographers and keep the distractions to a minimum. Enjoy the moment, we know we will! Thank you for understanding.
