Question

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Absolutely! We are having a cocktail hour with stationary and served items, along with a buffet style dinner. We will also be having a cash bar, so please come prepared. Soda, water, iced tea, lemonade, and a non alcoholic sangria will be complementary.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block (please see the information under travel). There are also many hotels in the Lancaster area where you could stay, it all depends on what you would like to do or see during your time in the area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you stay in the hotel we blocked, it shares a parking lot with our venue. So you will not have to worry about transportation, because it is a very short walk.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! However, we recommend that if you are staying in either of the hotels close to the venue (Holiday Inn Express or Clarion), that you walk to the ceremony, because they both share a parking lot with our venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4:30 in the afternoon, so please arrive by 4:00-4:15, so you have time to be seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is semi-formal. No jeans please!

Anything else I should know about the big day?

Just a heads up! Our ceremony will be outside so please come prepared. We understand May is an unpredictable month weather wise, and we will do our best to accommodate! *note* In the event of a massive downpour, the ceremony will be held inside.
