Leah and Ray met online in July of 2023 and went on a first date that was simple and unexpectedly meaningful shortly after they matched. During that date, Leah had mentioned that her mom, Elaine, had accidentally slammed her finger in a car door that past weekend. It wasn’t a big story, just something mentioned in passing. But a few weeks later, Ray reached out and asked Leah how her mother's finger was doing. He remembered! That small, thoughtful question told Leah everything she needed to know about Ray's heart. From there, things moved quickly in all the best ways. Within months, Ray moved into Leah's apartment with her in Easton, PA. Shortly after came the adoption of their sweet pup, Becca. Follow by another move to their current apartment in Bethlehem, PA, came even bigger dreams, plans, and the start of a small business, Rare Find Rentals LLC! On November 23rd, 2025 on the beautiful Eagle Beach in Aruba, Ray popped the question surrounded by his family and Leah said yes! Together, they’ve moved, grown, and taken leaps of faith side by side over the past 3 years. Ray is steady, patient, and realistic. While Leah is more of the "get it done", big-picture, and always dreaming ahead kind of mentality. Somehow, they balance each other perfectly. What started as a simple first date turned into a life they are both so grateful to be building together. And they’re just getting started!
