Please feel free to stay at any of the hotels near/around the venue or even an airbnb near the lake! However, we only have room blocks for the Homewood Suites By Hilton USE GROUP CODE MLW for discounted rate! The Hilton Hotel is about a 25-30 minute drive from the airport. One thing to be aware of is Charlotte traffic starts to pick up around 3:30/4:00 on Friday afternoons and typically doesn't die down until around 7ish, so it may be helpful to plan your flights accordingly.
