FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early. This will help make sure you find a good seat and are able to get all situated before the ceremony starts at 2!

Question

Am I allowed to take pictures at your wedding? What about posting on social media?

Answer

We would love for our ceremony to be "unplugged" and ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during that time. We want all of our guests to live in the moment with us! You are more than welcome to take photos during our reception meal, but please make getting to know each other your priority. We kindly ask that you refrain from posting any photos or videos you take on our special day. We plan to create an official wedding announcement with our professional images.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We want to be surrounded by our closest family and friends on our wedding day! Because of this, we have decided not to accommodate any plus-ones aside from those named on the invitation. We hope you understand our decision and cannot wait to see you on our big day!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We absolutely adore your kiddos! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for every guest who has children, so we ask that you please do not bring your kiddos unless they are specifically listed on your RSVP form.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Sunday Best: Wear your favorite dress or a nice blouse! For the guys, button down shirts and polos are perfect! Please wear jewel tones, earth tones, or non-white neutrals.

Question

Why are you asking for “travel fund” contributions?

Answer

We have all of the physical items we could possibly need. Because of this we have chosen to highlight our travel fund on our registry! We have listed a few items for our home, but would love to have the chance to make memories together through traveling! Any contributions to our travel fund are greatly appreciated!

Question

What type of food will be served?

Answer

After the ceremony, everyone is invited to head right next door to enjoy an intimate meal together! There will be barbecue, delicious sides, plenty of sweet tea, and of course a dessert table! You definitely won't leave hungry!
