What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal outfit. Think sundresses, dress pants, skirts, or button-downs—just a step above everyday wear! Please no jeans/ denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside. If you're unsure about what to wear or have any questions, feel free to text Leah—she's more than happy to help!

Can I take Pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Can i post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all the photos and videos are not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on our wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. For those of you that will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely.

What do i do if i can't make it?

Answer

You will be so dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No. Feel free to bring your own alcohol, just please make sure you handle it responsibly and please have a safe way to get home after the celebration.

What are the directions to get to the venue?

Answer

If you enter 7346 Onyx Hill Road, Dayton, Virginia 22821 into your GPS, it will take you to a private residence. From there, signs will guide you to the event location. Parking will be available in a field, and attendants will be on hand to assist you. The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please plan accordingly.
