Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress in formal attire. Men should wear a suit, shirt, and tie (if they don't wish to wear a tuxedo). Women may wear a floor-length gown or cocktail dress. We encourage our guests to wear pastels to match our wedding theme. Women may choose to participate by dressing in pastel gowns or cocktail dresses. Men may choose to participate by wearing pastel ties, bowties, or pocket squares. Please reach out to the bride with any questions!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will mostly likely be held outdoors with an indoor option if it rains. The ceremony will be approximately 30 minutes, but please feel free to bring a coat. There is a coat check at the venue for after the ceremony.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our RSVP's will ask if you have any food allergies. The venue will assist us in accommodating any food allergies. Please reach out to us directly with any questions.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be staying at the Hyatt Place Newark / Main Street. Rooms can be reserved at a discounted rate by visiting: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/ILGZN/G-HEWB with group code G-HEWB. The after party will be held at the hotel immediately following the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not offering transportation, however Uber and other ride share services are readily available in Newark.
