FAQs

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal/Black Tie Optional. For us, this means suits, tuxedos, long dresses, and elegant jumpsuits. Our wedding party will be in black tie, but please don't feel pressured to buy/rent something if it isn't in your budget! Feel free to reach out to Leah or John if you have any questions or worries.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding and ceremony are both indoors. While New Jersey is often warm in September, there will be air conditioning indoors, so plan accordingly.

Question

Is my partner/child invited?

Answer

This is not a child-free wedding, but if you have any questions on who in your household is invited, please head to the RSVP section and see who is included.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

This is a nut and shellfish-free wedding, and our venue can accommodate any other dietary restrictions. There is a section on your RSVP to enter any restrictions, but please feel free to reach out if you have any worries about your food being safe for you to eat.

Question

Taking Photos

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We've chosen to have an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Our photographer will capture everything beautifully—and we promise to share the photos with you afterward!

Question

Need a ride or want to share one?

Answer

The best options for traveling between the venues are either driving or using a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft. We've set up a spreadsheet where guests can coordinate carpools or split a rideshare. If you're driving and have room, or you're hoping to team up for an Uber or Lyft, feel free to add your info here: https://tinyurl.com/5n93zvyb
