FAQs

Question

Can I bring a child or plus one?

Answer

As much as we love little ones and new friends, we request that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Please reach out to Leah or Jami if you have questions.

Question

Where is the venue located?

Answer

The venue is located about 5 miles north of Willmar, MN. 3067 67th Ave NW, Willmar, MN 56201

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue. Look for Stonewall Farms staff to guide you as you enter the parking lot.

Question

What are we eating?

Answer

We are having a Taco Bar and Baked Potato Bar with all the fixings. Have a loaded baked potato, taco, or both! A meat and cheese tray, fruit tray, and veggie tray will be available to munch on between the ceremony and supper.

Question

What's the drink situation?

Answer

A cash bar only will be on site. Please bring a credit or debit card to pay for drinks you want. The cash bar will be available between 4:30-8:00pm. Water is available free of charge for everyone! Additionally, we will provide sodas and other nonalcoholic drinks after 8pm at the barn.

Question

Restrooms?

Answer

Two options for restrooms available! A fancy trailer type thing near the reception tent and indoor/accessible restrooms in the barn.

Question

What should we do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Here are some ideas: - Have a yard game tournament - Mingle with friends and family - Tell a story about a famous person you met - Take pictures and add to our Google Photos Drive - Eat a snack - Drink water and stay hydrated! - Go say hi to the horses! Be prepared to be quickly approached by the bride and groom during their photo dash.

Question

What's the deal with the reception and dance?

Answer

The first part of the reception will be in the white tent near the ceremony site. We will eat and have fun with friends and family during this part. The second part of the reception will be in the barn. A dance, more snacks, and bonfire with smores will be available! There is also a giant chess board outside the barn. FYI: Keep an eye out for instructions related to a Dessert Dash. First table to answer a question correctly gets dessert first!

Question

Myself, a family member, or friend have limited mobility, is the venue accessible?

Answer

YES! Stonewall Farms provides an 8 person golf cart for people with limited mobility. A accessible bathroom is available in the barn. Let a Stonewall Farms team member know if you need assistance.

Question

What else should we be prepared for?

Answer

Much of our time spent together will be outside. Watch the weather forecast and dress in layers. The temperature in MN in October could be 90 degrees one minute and 30 degrees and snowing the next. If it decides to rain, we will move our ceremony inside the barn. More instructions will be provided if this happens.

Question

Are gifts expected?

Answer

Not expected, but appreciated! Please be mindful of your own financial situation, we are just glad you were able to make it to our day :) Registry link: https://www.zola.com/wedding/leahandjamioctober10/registry

Answer
