Is the wedding still on?

Answer

Above anything else, we wanted to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. So last year we decided to postpone our wedding reception to 10/30/2021. We kept our original date and got married in an intimate wedding ceremony on 10/31/2020. We hope to celebrate with everyone this year for our one year anniversary! We love you all and appreciate your support and understanding during this time!

Are kids invited?

Answer

With the recent upsurge of covid cases…yet again…we ~recommend~ that children not attend as vaccinations are not yet available to those under 12 years old and we do not want to subject kids to hours in masks. However, this is up to parental discretion! Please let us know if you have any questions about your child(ren) attending! If we have enough kids in attendance we will think about doing our trunk or treat room again that was planned for last year and having kids wear costume for those under 13 years old, if desired. With that being said we hope all of our adult guests are vaccinated. 🥰🥰🥰

Will masks be required?

Answer

Depending on the situation in October, we may need to require masks at our reception based on venue recommendations and/or case numbers in Tulsa, Ok (please stay tuned). Being healthcare professionals we take this very seriously, but since we have already postponed our reception by a whole year we hope to see everyone soon! Stay healthy! 🙏🥰🥳

Where is the venue?

Answer

The Mansion at Woodward Park also known as the Tulsa Garden Center is located off of 21st & Peoria in Woodward Park. The Tulsa Rose Garden sits to the left and the Tulsa Historical Society Mansion will be on its right. You will enter at the iron gates which will say Tulsa Garden Center on the pillar ( this is an unprotected left turn entrance if headed south on Peoria). You may also enter at any of the entrances off of 21st or Peoria for Woodward Park and take the scenic route!

It’s Halloween Weekend, can I wear a costume?

We ask that our adult guests partake in making our Halloween weekend reception classy, not campy! Think 1920s Haunted Mansion Masquerade or Downton Abbey/Great Gatsby Party….not Freddie vs Jason lol 😂 With that being said we are going for an Art Deco, roaring twenties vibe. 👻

I’m vegan...will there be anything for me to eat?

Answer

Yes! Tulsa was recently named one of the top 10 vegan cities in America! We will have food for you! Just let us know! We will have catering by Andolini’s with pasta, pizza, salad and charcuterie. A specific vegan gelato and pizza will be available.
