What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 3:30 p.m.

Yes, every formal invite comes with a plus one!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot that contains 170 stalls.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be offering a shuttle from the hotel, Fairfield Inn and Suites - Madison South. The shuttle will run starting at 2:30 pm until around 4 pm. It will then run again from 9:30-11:00 pm

Yes, you can find our wedding registry under the "Registry" tab

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we will have a meatless and gluten-free option for dinner and dessert. You can add your special request when you RSVP.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Pending weather, our goal is for the ceremony to be held outdoors, while the reception will be indoors.
