In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to text us with any questions!
We love all of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!
Please RSVP by March 5th. You can RSVP online or mail the RSVP card included in the invitation back to us.
A shuttle will be available for guests staying at the hotel. To get to the wedding, the first shuttle pickup will depart at 3:00pm. The shuttle will drop everyone off and come back a second time around 3:15pm. These will be the only shuttle pickup times. To leave the wedding, the shuttle will arrive at 9:00pm for the first pickup. The shuttle will drop everyone off and return for the last pickup for the night around 9:30pm. The hotel informed us that there are two wedding parties staying at the same hotel and therefore two shuttles will be running. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET ON THE CORRECT SHUTTLE.
We recommend that you arrive around 3:15 pm to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be outdoors under a tent.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception tent where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Please do! We will have plenty of flowers left over and don’t want to see them go to waste.
