FAQs

If you have any questions other than what is listed here, please reach out to Leah and Henry or our wedding coordinator Shauna.
Question

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be at Six Peaks Vineyard: 19495 SW Vista Hill Dr, Hillsboro, OR 97123

Question

What is for dinner?

Answer

We will be providing BBQ from Mississippi Delta for our dinner.

Question

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Both wine and beer will be provided as well non-alcoholic beverages. It will likely be hot in mid-July, so please remember to drink lots of water!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We recommend summer cocktail party attire.

Question

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding and reception will be primarily on grass, so flat shoes and sandals or block/wedge heels are recommended.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at a nearby hotel. You can find more information our website's Travel page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be at 4pm. We kindly ask you arrive by 3:45pm to ensure you are in your seat for the ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Six Peaks Vineyard has a parking lot and overflow if necessary.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to and from the ceremony will not be provided. Please be aware that Uber and Lyft will drop off, but are limited and can be costly. We recommend arranging private transportation, having a sober driver or carpooling. We say this with love and sincerity for our friends and families - do not attempt to drink and drive. The roads to and from the vineyard are windy and dark in the evening. If you want to camp, or stay on site until sober enough to drive, please do.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones are by invitation only and we ask other guests not to bring a plus one. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While your little ones are welcome, we encourage you to use this as a date night! Unless indicated on your invitation, please reach out to us if you intend to bring your child/children.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered with Zola and Crate and Barrel. Please visit our Registry tab to view our preferred gifts, and while your presence is our present, we thank you for any generosity you wish to show us.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

While we are sure we will have options for most dietary restrictions, if you have a severe allergy or dietary restriction please let us know in advance of the wedding and we will do our best to accommodate.

Question

Where should I RSVP?

Answer
