What does cocktail attire mean?

Answer

To give you an idea, bridesmaids are wearing mid-length or long dresses, groomsmen are wearing blue suits with ties. For ladies, Leah recommends a fun dress and shoes without pointy heels (we'd rather not have to rescue you from sinking into the ground). Extra points if you wear a jumpsuit!

When is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:15. You should find your seats and get your Kleenex ready around 4:445-5:00.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, we are having an adults-only wedding. Thank you for your flexibility!

How should I get around?

Answer

Rent a car if you are flying out of Charlotte or Greenville. Otherwise, you can use rideshare services to get around Asheville.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes- we will have a shuttle to transport our guests who are staying at the Courtyard Marriott Biltmore Village to and from the wedding venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes- there is plenty of parking at Hidden River Events. If you plan to be in a cake coma or enjoy a few of our signature cocktails at the wedding reception, we recommend using the shuttle or rideshare services to travel between the hotel and wedding venue.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have a registry through Zola that we will activate closer to the wedding date. Check our website in the coming months for more info!

Answer

Please RSVP on our website (see RSVP tab) at your earliest convenience. We will send invitations in a few months- stay tuned!
