FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes — formal cocktail attire, please! We would love to see our loved ones dress up with us - think polished and stylish, but not too formal. Women are welcome to wear a cocktail dress, a dressy midi, or a floor-length dress as long as it’s more chic than formal . Men should wear a suit and tie — no tux necessary. Please avoid any traditionally bridal shades (white, ivory, cream, etc.)! Please note: the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or flats over stilettos to keep things comfortable.

Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, April 10th, 2026 so we can finalize details with our caterer and venue.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so we kindly ask that guests arrive by 5:15 PM to find their seats and get settled. If you arrive after 5:20 PM, you may be asked to wait until cocktail hour to avoid disrupting the ceremony. Thank you for helping us create a smooth and meaningful start to the celebration!

Question

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle available from the Staybridge Suites with a pickup time of 4:30pm, and from the Comfort Inn & Suites with a pickup time of 4:40pm. This shuttle will also provide a drop off at the end of the night, with the first shuttle leaving at 9pm, and the second leaving at 10pm.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has plenty of parking available. Please note that it is gravel/field parking, so plan your footwear accordingly. We recommend arriving early to allow time to park and get to the ceremony area before it begins. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. Guests are welcome to leave their car overnight, but vehicles must be retrieved by 10:00 AM on Sunday.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus-one is included, it will be indicated there. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we’ve decided to have an adults-only wedding. Only a small number of children in our immediate family will be in attendance. Thank you so much for your understanding, we hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us!
