Answer

Anything formal. It will be in the month of April, but its uncertain whether that would be a cold April month or a warm one. Suits, long dresses or short dresses are a good choice. Avoid jeans and sneakers.

We would appreciate your arrival to be at 5:30pm.

No, the venue has a parking lot and it should be more than enough room for everyone.
