When should I RSVP by?

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at two hotels. Please book your room by August 25 through the 'Travel' tab on this website.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will provide a shuttle to escort guests between the block hotels and the reception venue. Please indicate on the RSVP form whether you will need this transportation.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available for about 40 cars. Note that we will provide transportation for guests staying at the block hotels.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We will have both meat and vegetarian options. You do not need to provide a meal selection in advance.

Will we be able to celebrate outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The main building's garage doors will be kept open for ventilation, and there is outdoor deck space, green space, a lake, and a vineyard to explore. There will also be an outdoor tent with seating available for those who wish to eat outside. We will have heaters if it is chilly.
