Where will the wedding take place?

All events will take place at Union Valley Farm & Vineyard.

Where should we stay?

Answer

Although we understand there aren't many hotels nearby, we recommend booking an Airbnb on Lake Waccamaw or renting a beach house on either Sunset Beach, Oak Island, or Ocean Isle and make a weekend out of it!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 4:30 pm. Please arrive with plenty of time to find a seat! We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held mostly indoors.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP no later than April 30th. If you or someone in your party are unable to attend, we understand, and ask that you mark "will not attend" on the RSVP page.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can I bring my kids or a plus-one?

Answer

When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional children or plus-ones we've included on your invitation.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking for guests to park in the lot to the right of the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want all of our guests to be present with us in the moment.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! You may opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

We will have a buffet style dinner and will provide plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options for our guests.
