Who would have thought these two love birds would have found true love online. Yes, you heard that right, online and on Facebook none the less. They both thought they would try Facebook Dating since it was free and a new app. And what do you know it worked. Brandon messaged Leah on Facebook and from there they started chatting. Eventually they started texting one another and their first date was a video call on Facebook. They decided to meet in person for a date and went on a hike at Lebanon Hills. From there they continued to meet one another and their relationship began to blossom. They continued to go on many adventures out in the wilderness through out the state and fell even more in love with one another.
It was the 6 month anniversary and they were traveling north to celebrate their 6 months of being together. They stopped at Toby's Restaurant for breakfast before they continued north. Eventually they arrived at Jay Cooke State Park for their date and adventure of a life time. They walked over the bridge, admired the flowing river and the snow covered wildlife. They came across a beautiful spot overlooking the river up on a rock formation. Here Brandon pulled a gift out of his pocket for Leah, a necklace of a cross. Leah was shocked at how wonderful of a gesture and beautiful of a gift was given to her. He handed her a note for her to read, not knowing that this was all a distraction from what was to come. As she was reading the last line of the note, Brandon got down on one knee and pulled out the ring and asked, "Will you marry me?". Leah was stunned and did not know what to say at first, but eventually as she realized what was happening she became overjoyed and said YES! She was not expecting this and was completely surprised. They spent the rest of the day hiking around Jay Cooke State Park, taking in the beauty of the park and knowing that this was the beginning of a beautiful future together.
