This local brewery produces distinctive local Texas ales that are tasty, hoppy and quaffable. The secret formula lies in using the raw whole cone hops for bittering, flavoring and for the aroma, but dry hopping in brews. Nothing is wasted, instead the spent grain is fed to a local dairy farmer’s cows and the spent hops is used in the beer. Visit the beer garden.
