It all started when Brady played bells for our college ministry’s Christmas church service. I remember looking at him from where I was standing and thinking “huh, that guy is really cute and extremely talented” and then doing nothing about it… Fast forward to April 2024, I had just gone on a first date and it wasn’t very good. I was confiding about it to my friend Alyssa in Kool Beans. I told her that I am so content being single and I don’t want to go on any more first dates. Less than a week later we had an end of year meeting for ministry team at our church. I was new to the team and I only knew Alyssa. I sat next to her the entire night. That night as we were leaving the little sanctuary, Brady gave Alyssa a fist bump on the way out. She took 3 steps outside the sanctuary and turned to me and said “oh my gosh I know who you should date!!” I was in disbelief because I was crushing on him for quite some time at that point. After that, Jackson and Alyssa took the necessary steps to set us up with each other. Two weeks after I met Brady, we started dating <3 Brady is my person and my home, I am still sitting in a state of disbelief that I get to marry him.

It all started when I was told to go play bingo... In April 2024, I arrived to the church of our college ministry for a serve night. Everyone had the choice between multiple different options, and I was debating on whether to go on a prayer walk or play bingo at an assisted living facility. My friend Jackson saw my dilemma, and said, "Brady you need to come to bingo, I have something to tell you in the car!" I was intrigued by this so I obviously followed his direction. When we got in the car, he asked, "Do you know who Leah Wymer is?" And I replied with, "Yeah I think so..." still confused and wondering where this was going. Jackson informed me that Leah had a secret crush on me since Christmas. I never would have expected that news, but I was interested in meeting her and seeing where it could lead. When we got there, she sat by me and Jackson and we talked for a long time while playing some bingo. The next week, we went on our first date and have been inseparable ever since. Little did I know, my life would never be the same after that bingo night. It is evident that God had me in mind when He made Leah, and I could not be more excited to marry her.
