Dye Guest House

Updated rock farmhouse built in 1935, the Dye Guest House was bought by Virginia and Cecil Dye in 1945 and is still owned by their granddaughter, Betsy Rose Senter. The fully furnished 2 bedroom ( king-size bed and queen-size bed) 2 bath home has a complete kitchen including cooking equipment, china for 18. There are 2 fireplaces (living room and family room) and the dining room table seats 8. The family room has 2 sofas and one has a double hide-a-bed. Off street parking. Wonderful for celebratory luncheons and dinners (have seated up to 50) and wedding weekends. Rent by night, weekend or week. 2 day minimum for holiday weekends, Fandangle and other special Albany event weekends.
