When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by May 1st, 2026 so we can finalize all the details. If we do not receive a response via Zola, you will be marked as not attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open for guests at 3:30 pm. We kindly ask all guests arrive 15-20 minutes early, as our ceremony will have a prompt start time of 4:00 pm. We want everyone to be seated and present for the moment we say “I do!”.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors with air conditioning—so you can dress comfortably and dance the night away without worrying about the Arizona heat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We love getting dressed up and would love to see our guests dressed up too! Semi Formal attire: For Ladies: A floor length, midi dress, or a stylish jumpsuit. Heels, dressy flats, or elegant sandals are great options. Please refrain from wearing whites, creams, ivories etc. For Gentlemen: A suit or dress pants with a blazer and button-down shirt. Ties are optional but appreciated. Dress shoes complete the look. Please refrain from wearing jeans/polos. Think elegant, elevated, and comfortable!

Are babies and young kids welcome?

We love your little ones but we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you there!

Is there parking at the venue? Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

There’s plenty of parking available if you choose to drive. However, due to venue policy, overnight parking is not allowed. If you plan on drinking, please drink responsibly and be sure to plan ahead for a safe ride home.

Am I able to Uber or Lyft to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Our venue coordinators have assured us that rideshare operates in Apache Junction. If you plan on enjoying a few drinks, we kindly ask that you use Uber, Lyft, or a designated driver to get home safely. Your well-being means the world to us! Let’s celebrate responsibly!

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVP-ing “no” on our website. Your timely response helps us finalize details and plan accordingly. Thank you!
