How do I RSVP?

Answer

Simply go to the RSVP section on this website, and follow the instructions. Very easy and straightforward! There is also a QR code on the RSVP slip that was included with your invitation that will take you directly to the RSVP page. Doing your RSVP online is highly encouraged and appreciated! If you prefer mail in RSVP, simply fill out the RSVP slip included with your invitation and send it back to us in the included envelope. The envelope already has the mailing address printed on it. You can also email us at leahandaddison2025@gmail.com.

Please try to RSVP before or on October 30, 2024 if at all possible.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding and reception will take place at the Stonegate Glass Chapel in Walnut Shade, Missouri. You can find a Google map of it on the Schedule page, but here are some directions below in case they are needed. Take US-65 going North if you're coming from Branson, or going South if you're coming from Springfield or Ozark. Turn onto MO-176 when you come to it (which will be a left turn if you're coming from Branson, or a right turn if you're coming from Springfield or Ozark). The road will eventually start to curve slightly to the left, and the chapel will be on your left as the road curves. You'll see a set of iron gates in-between stone fencing that has the words "Stonegate Chapel" in large text. Drive through the gates, and you'll find the parking lot.

Answer

Absolutely! And we will have food and drink specifically catered to kids as well! Go ahead and bring the kids along!

Is there available parking?

Answer

The Stonegate Glass Chapel has a parking lot that should be enough for everyone. Parking is free!

Will food be served?

Answer

You bet! We are still figuring out the catering, so we cannot say yet what will be served at the reception. But we are planning to have plenty of food and drink for everyone!

What if I have certain dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We plan to ensure that the catering accommodates as many diets and allergic restrictions as we can, but if you have specific dietary restrictions, send us an email at leahandaddison2025@gmail.com to let us know. You can also fill out the physical RSVP slip that you received with your invitation, which includes a section for dietary restrictions, and mail it back to us. Whichever method is easiest for you.

Will there be gluten free options for food?

Answer

We've received RSVP slips back from guests asking for gluten free options. We will ensure that the food being served includes gluten free options, and we thank our guests for bringing this up so we can accommodate your dietary needs.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

While we know some of our guests will want to partake in the celebration in this way, we have decided to make this a dry wedding for various reasons. However, for those who would like to indulge, we are planning a smaller pre-wedding party for the day before the wedding that will be held at 14 Mill Market. They have a bar, and various food venues and games. Those who wish to indulge can join us there! Details on this event will be coming soon, so be sure to check back here later to learn more! If you plan to join us at 14 Mill Market the night before the wedding, we ask that you please drink responsibly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive as early as 12pm if you'd like, as that is when the gates to the chapel will open. However, the first three hours will mainly be spent preparing, so feel free to arrive at around 2pm if you'd prefer.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

All areas of the Stonegate Glass Chapel, including the reception hall, are wheelchair accessible.

Are travel expenses and hotel stays covered?

Answer

As much as we wish we can cover all these expenses for you, we are unfortunately not in a position where we can cover the costs of things like flying, hotel, rental cars, etc for all of our guests. This is a big reason as to why we sent out invitations rather early, so that people had some time to set money aside for the trip. Details for travel can be found in the Travel section of the website. If this is something that prevents you from being able to attend, there are no hard feelings at all! Trust us, we get it! The cost of stuff is high these days! We appreciate you all the same, and thank you for considering!

Yup! Check out the Registry section of the website to see it! Please note that we are still working on the registry, so items will likely be added over time as we get closer to the wedding. Be sure to check back every once in a while to see what's been added.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the chapel and reception hall are indoors, with the pathway between them being outdoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

Business casual is plenty acceptable, as we want our guests to be comfortable while they have a good time. That said, we do have a Japanese theme if you'd like to be thematic, but is by no means necessary.
