Aaron and Leah met in the spring of 2017. Aaron was a mechanic/truck driver for a local company and Leah worked at Peterbilt in the parts department. Aaron noticed Leah first and asked his fellow mechanic for her name. After a couple texting conversations their first date took place over ice cream on a tailgate at DK’s in Ephrata. Their connection was instant not only on a romantic level but on a best friend level. They bonded over their love for all things on the water, their senior labs, Tucker and Valley and outdoor activities. After 4 years together exploring the PNW together with Aaron’s daughter Grace in tow, on a chilly Thanksgiving evening Aaron popped the question! Aaron and Leah often spend the weekends on their bass boat together exploring new waters searching for the next “Personal Best” bass and competing in tournaments. After almost a year of planning we cannot wait to start the next chapter of our lives surrounded by our friends and family!
