Travel

For those traveling from out of town, Philadelphia International Airport is closest to where we live and the the venue (Leah's parent's farmhouse). If you are coming here solely for the event, we recommend staying in the Downingtown/Coatesville area but if you want to explore the city of Philadelphia, staying anywhere along the Paoli/Thorndale trainline can get you into the city as well as about a mile from the venue. We've added a few hotels that you might want to stay at but there are also loads of Air B&B's to choose from.

Hotel

Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Coatesville Exton

600 South Manor Road, Coatesville, PA 19320

This hotel is less than 10 minutes from the venue.

Hotel

Wayne Hotel

139 East Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087

This hotel is down the street from where we live and a short walk from the train station. Wayne is a cute town with great restaurants. Try Blue Elephant for great Japanese Italian fusion (our absolute favorite!) or Goat's Beard for some incredible pizza. We even have a create your own soft serve ice cream shop! This is a great place to stay if you want to be in between the venue and the city.

Hotel

Hotel Indigo West Chester - Downtown by IHG

39 East Gay Street, West Chester, PA 19380

This hotel is in a very cute town that we love to explore on our days off. Mayday Coffee is one of our favorite spots. There are many fun restaurants and shops to explore. Please note: it is a 25 minute drive from the venue and not on the trainline.

Hotel

the Alloy King of Prussia - a DoubleTree by Hilton

301 West Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA 19406

This hotel is in between the venue and the city. King of Prussia is home to one of the largest malls in America. If you love to shop- this is a great city for you to stay in.

Hotel

Philadelphia Marriott Downtown

1200 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107

This hotel is in downtown Philadelphia right next to the historic Reading Terminal Market- one of our favorite places to go. This hotel is very close to a train station that can take you throughout the city as well as close to the venue (although this hotel is about an hour train ride from the venue and train times vary). This is a great hotel if your main goal outside the wedding is to explore the historic city of Philadelphia.
